Alexy Metals, located in Willoughby, Ohio, provides brazing alloys and high-purity precious metals to industries including aerospace, medical, semiconductor, power generation, and electronics. The company also chemically refines precious metals and brazed components to recover gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. My experience with brazing alloys and precious metals has given me insight into the challenges of laser cutting these metals with traditional laser systems.
